This Privacy Policy applies to the OrbitFlow Pro Chrome extension and related services offered at Dustprints.com. If you have a site‑wide privacy policy, this page supplements it specifically for the extension.

Data We Collect

– Authentication: OAuth tokens or credentials you provide to sign in and activate a license.
– Device identifier: a pseudonymous device ID used to link subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support reconnection.
– License data: license key and plan status required to unlock paid features.
– Marketplace data: install key and installed flow IDs to manage your library.
– Local run data: on‑device logs/metadata to track flow status and reliability; not transmitted as analytics.
– Cookies/local storage: optional snapshot/restore solely to maintain session continuity for flows you initiate; not shared externally.
– Screenshots/downloads: captured only when you explicitly trigger or consent; used to save files you request.

How We Use Data
– Authenticate your account, activate licenses/subscriptions, and manage plan access.
– Provide marketplace content, configuration, and flow definitions necessary to run flows you approve.
– Improve reliability, support troubleshooting you request, and prevent fraud/abuse.

– We do not collect your web browsing history, page contents, keystrokes, location data, or ad tracking identifiers.

Storage & Retention
– Extension settings, saved flows, and run logs are stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage until you clear them.
– Server‑side account/plan records are retained while your account is active and for legal compliance; deletion requests remove associated records subject to law.

Sharing
– No sale of data. Data may be processed by necessary providers (e.g., authentication/payment/hosting) strictly to deliver the service under agreements.
– We do not share data with advertising networks.

– identity: optional Google OAuth sign‑in to link plans and marketplace access.
– nativeMessaging: optional helper “com.orbitflow.mouse” for hardware‑like pointer motion; used only when enabled by you; communicates solely with the helper and does not exfiltrate site data.
– screen capture: captureVisibleTab may be used to take screenshots you request; requires explicit consent and is saved locally or per your action.

Remote Code and Marketplace
– The extension may fetch declarative flow definitions and configuration from Dustprints.com to display marketplace items and enable runs you approve.
– No arbitrary remote scripts are executed; all execution occurs within audited extension code paths.

Security
– All server communication uses HTTPS; tokens are scoped and short‑lived; endpoints are rate‑limited and access‑controlled.
– Device IDs are pseudonymous; least‑privilege access to Chrome APIs is used; sensitive features are gated by explicit in‑product consent.

User Controls and Access
– In‑product consent toggles control sensitive features (downloads, screen capture, identity OAuth, content scripts).
– You can revoke consent at any time, sign out, clear local data, or uninstall the extension.
